I offer personal training and menopause coaching services to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.  My personal training sessions are designed to provide you with unparalleled support and guidance, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. I provide both in-person (local to Barton on the sea and surrounding areas) and online 1-1 or small group sessions that are tailored to your unique needs. You have the option to select the package that suits you the best, whether it's solely personal training or a combination of personal training and menopause coaching. The decision is entirely yours! I offer a free initial call where we will talk through your goals and what you hope to achieve during our time together.
