I provide both in-person (local to Barton on the sea and surrounding areas) and online 1-1 or small group sessions that are tailored to your unique needs. You have the option to select the package that suits you the best, whether it's solely personal training or a combination of personal training and menopause coaching. The decision is entirely yours!
